The Associate Manager role is part of BASES Client Consulting organization, which is the division from which our senior executives typically rise. The Associate Manager is ultimately responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day relationship with their clients. These individuals usually consult with clients, and assist with the design, analysis, and sales forecasting projects of the team.

While 3+ years of related experience is a prerequisite, BASES' provides extensive training to give managers the subject matter expertise to function effectively in our business. This includes training regarding sales forecasting, designing and analyzing market research, and delivering high impact consultative presentations to our clients.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and communication skills, and enjoys working with quantitative information. The Associate Manager is detail and client service oriented, and has strong collaboration and teamwork skills.


Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree

- 3 or more years of work experience in an Analytical/Consulting environment

- Analytical proficiency

- Intellectual curiosity

- Client service mentality

- Ability to multi-task

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Initiative, creativity and a passion to deliver results that make a difference to our clients

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required

- Permanent Work Authorization in the U.S.

- Previous managerial experience desired.
